  • Is there an engagement fee? Yes, based on the size of the project and contemplated by the the Contract. Once contracted this engagement fee can be applied towards final project total. 
  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The strategy sessions can range from $95/$150 an hour. Sessions take place in-person or Zoom. Business plan with financials and graphs. Discounts are given to customers for additional services.
  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer? At the FREE 30 minute consultation with the client we discuss the business needs, pricing and plan of action. At the strategy session we discuss their business goals, services, and Implementation. We discuss challenges and ways to handle them. Set up appointments to discuss progress.
  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our business consultants have higher education and several certifications in multiple areas of expertise and leadership.
  • What types of customers have you worked with? We work with start-ups, small businesses, and C-Level executives at corporations. We have trained corporations leadership such as Brigade Manufacturing, Inc. and Florida Heart Research Foundation/Miami Heart Research Institute.  We have created business plans and coached hundreds of small businesses owners Nationally and Internationally, in industries like health & wellness, fitness, retail, luxury brands, beauty, IT/Systems, coaches, speakers, recruiters, web designers, restaurants, therapists, non-profits and many more.
  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take? We enjoy writing business plans which is usually complete within 3-4 weeks.   • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? Research your options in hiring an a consultant. Consider your very specific personal needs.
  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? The customer should have clear S.M.A.R.T business goals.  The customer should have a budget. The customer should have done some research on their industry or market prior launch.  The customer should be aware of the time they have to invest in their business.
